Sales Representative
to join our team.
This role is about building new relationships, managing client accounts, and driving business growth by showing organisations how GEO can transform their visibility and results in the age of AI search. You'll work closely with our strategy, content, and technical teams to translate our solutions into measurable outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales activity with campaigns and messaging.
Track opportunities, pipeline activity, and KPIs in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
Stay ahead of market shifts in AI, search, and digital trends to identify growth opportunities.
Translate GEO services and technical offerings into clear business value for decision-makers.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish (preferred).
Requirements
Demonstrated success in
outside sales, business development, or account management
.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Experience selling in
B2B technology or digital services
environments.
Familiarity with SEO, AI, or digital marketing is a plus -- curiosity about emerging tech is essential.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
Analytical approach to identifying opportunities and interpreting client needs.
Self-starter who thrives independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
