We are seeking a motivated and results-driven solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong background in account management, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts and track sales activities efficiently.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
