What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide quotes and product information, following up on leads and referrals.
Develop your own sales funnel for ongoing and future business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality products and services are delivered.
Schedule customer appointments and manage your time effectively.
Provide feedback on new growth opportunities to help drive the business forward.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, inventory, and customer interactions.
Participate in sales training to enhance your skills and career development.
Work closely with the senior leadership team on pricing, materials, and financials.
What We're Looking For
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, active listening, and critical thinking abilities.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
Sales experience in B2B, construction, industrial, or related environments (preferred)
Valid Class 5 driver's license, with a clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Clearance.
