Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated, hunter-type Sales Representative who is fluent in both French and English, based in Quebec, to drive new business development for our architectural metal product portfolio. This role combines field sales, cold outreach (calls, emails), product demos and prospecting new commercial building clients (architects, contractors, manufacturers).
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and engage new B2B clients across the commercial construction / manufacturing ecosystem in Quebec (architects, general contractors, facade sub contractors, specifiers).
  • Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns and follow-up to generate qualified leads.
  • Present and demo the company's architectural metal systems (panels, rain screen systems, ceiling and wall solutions) to decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, track opportunities and progress through CRM.
  • Travel as required within Quebec for face-to-face meetings, client visits and demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, specification, quoting, negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal manufacturing, engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
  • Maintain market intelligence on architectural trends, competitor products and construction industry developments in Quebec.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industries (preferably architectural products or commercial building materials).
  • Background or familiarity with architectural metal systems, building facade solutions or commercial construction materials is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, able to work remotely and independently while managing territory and pipeline.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Quebec and engage clients in cities and regions across the province.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, reporting sales metrics, managing sales forecasts and working to targets.
