We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for driving business growth. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to foster long-term relationships. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Engage in business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand service offerings.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Experience in business development and account management within a B2B environment.
Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
Strong technical sales acumen with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Note - This is a comissions only job position and no base pay is involved. Basic Gas and Telephone Expenses will be reimbursed.
