Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timelines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a background in product management, and the ability to analyze data effectively. Fully bilingual French and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Gather and document requirements to define project scope and deliverables. Utilize data analysis skills to assess project feasibility Negotiate project timelines, resources, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle. Present project updates and outcomes , ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaborate with design and estimation teams to align sales initiatives with product development efforts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking progress and facilitating communication.

Experience

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. Experience using Monday or similar tools for project tracking and management. Strong understanding of risk management principles related to project execution. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
