Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Type: Permanent/Full Time
Reports to: General Manager
Wages: Base wage plus commission, plus Health & Dental Benefits after 3 Months.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner while building rapport.
Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the products & services available to them with the goal of closing sales.
Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
Reach out to potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, and text.
Assisting customers thought the buying process providing value and exceptional customer service.
Process customer orders and submit to the Selling Sales Manager for approval.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional customer service.
Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following the selling process with potential buyers, including product demos and presentations.
Stay up to date with new products/services.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.
Retail sales experience of big-ticket items (such as hot tubs, pools, cars, furniture, T.V.s, HVAC, windows, etc.) is a definite asset.
Spa/hot tub and pool knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in Spa/pool industry, an asset.
Experience with equipment sales; an asset.
