Trouw Nutrition is growing! We're excited to announce two new opportunities for Poultry Sales Representatives in two dynamic territories:

Southwestern Ontario: Including London East, Guelph, Kitchener, Stratford, and Fergus

Central Ontario: From Highway 400 East to Napanee

As a Poultry Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted partner to our valued customers, delivering tailored on-farm feed solutions through expert consultations and strong relationship-building. Your role will be key in helping us grow our business and support producers with practical, science-based nutrition strategies.

About The Role:

Drive sales and build strong customer relationships

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Consult with our customers on their feed needs Work well in a team environment with other Trouw Nutrition functions, such as Customer Service, Formulation, Nutrition and Pricing to meet customer needs. Work in close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics and the customer to achieve on-farm expectations and ensure Right Feed, Right Place, Right Time

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in agriculture is

an asset

but not required. Will consider experience and education combination.

Agriculture knowledge is a must

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills Having superior customer focus and ability to follow-up while aligning with internal processes and procedures High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic

Expectation from the Role:

Self-motivated and takes the initiative Ability to work independently and on a team A valid driver's license is required for this role Ability to travel to customers and attend sales events Must be passionate about your career! Go-getter who isn't afraid to drive down a laneway and knock on doors.
