Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries. Recommend moving services and products based on customer specifications. Input information into internal software to provide accurate moving estimates. Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls and handle concerns professionally. Prepare move-related paperwork and documents. Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred. At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience. Exceptional communication and listening skills. Ability to multi-task and manage customer data effectively. Confidence to initiate customer contact and ask for the sale. Creative problem-solving abilities.
