Sales Representative (Key Holder)
, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, independently managing the store flow, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. You will report directly to the Store Supervisor.
Training will be provided for all store procedures.
What You'll Be Doing
Do you enjoy helping others, taking initiative, and solving problems? In this role, you'll be the face of our store--answering questions, offering product guidance, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and assist with product questions and purchases
Provide friendly and accurate support through phone and email inquiries
Recommend products based on customer needs and industry knowledge
Work independently to open and close the store as a Key Holder
Secure and maintain store standards during your shift
Prepare and submit cash and inventory reports to the Supervisor
Conduct weekly inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
Assist with receiving, organizing, and labeling incoming inventory
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
Process all cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide product solutions
Identify upselling opportunities and promote new or featured items
Stay familiar with new products, trends, and promotions
What We Expect
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (required)
1+ year of sales experience (preferred)
Supervising or key holder experience is an asset
Tattoo supply or beauty industry experience (asset)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software
Able to work independently and take responsibility as a Key Holder
Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
Be on-call for our North York location
