Legacy Painters Okanagan is a leading, rapidly expanding painting provider across the Okanagan. We are looking to add two highly motivated Sales Representatives to our growing team in the Okanagan area for the upcoming season.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

This role is not just about sales; it's about providing a professional service to our clients and relationship building.

Lead Management: Proactively contact and qualify leads/prospects to schedule in-home quotes/estimates. In-Home Presentations: Conduct professional, structured sales presentations using our company's proven systems to accurately assess customer needs and present tailored painting solutions. Expert Consultation: Offer specialized advice on product types, preparation, and finish applications, using your painting background to demonstrate industry expertise. Territory Travel: Efficiently manage your assigned local territory, traveling to client homes for on-site meetings. Networking & Business Development: Actively network with local professionals (e.g., real estate agents, property managers, business owners, etc) and attend relevant trade events to generate new business.
Who You Are (Required Attributes):

We are looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, and professional:

Industry Knowledge: 2+ years of hands-on experience in the painting trade is strongly preferred. This experience is key to success in this role. Communication: Highly articulate, well-spoken, and confident in carrying professional conversations with diverse clientele. Drive & Ambition: Possess high energy, a positive attitude, and an intrinsic motivation for continuous self-improvement and high achievement. Coachability: Eager and willing to learn new sales processes, quickly retain knowledge, and adapt to a structured training environment. Professionalism: A polished and enthusiastic presence suitable for in-home client interactions.
