We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and a deep understanding of our products and services to meet customer needs.
Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
Engage in negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contracts
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data
Provide technical sales support, demonstrating product features and benefits to potential clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Demonstrated success in business development and account management
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to convey complex information clearly
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
Excellent analytical skills for assessing market conditions and performance metrics
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
