We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our small, dynamic team in a full-time permanent position focused on EVACU B sales. This role offers growth opportunities, a supportive work environment, and commission after a 3-month performance review.

Key Details

Hours: 34.5 hours per week Pay: $22.00 per hour Commission: Available on EVACU B sales after 3-month performance review Additional Benefits: Eligibility for travel to trade shows and related events after 3-month performance review Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (No weekends)

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and email outreach to hospitals in Canada and the U.S. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Conduct free virtual training sessions for clients on proper use of the EVACU B and other evacuation chairs (via Zoom or Teams) Oversee the full sales process -- from quoting to order processing, shipping, delivery confirmation, and training coordination Research and source potential new clients through online platforms, social media, and emergency preparedness networks Prepare progress reports and forecasts for management review Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong negotiation and professional telephone manner Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, and Teams Working knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred) Experience with QuickBooks, or Canva is an asset Knowledge of logistics or international shipping preferred, but not required Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
