We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Representative
to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients, providing quotes, and coordinating with our production and installation teams. Success in this role requires
previous experience in the glass or glazing industry (minimum 2 years)
and the ability to
measure, quote, and order custom glass
accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business through networking, referrals, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Provide accurate on-site measurements for quoting and ordering
Prepare and present detailed quotes and solutions based on client needs
Educate clients on product options, finishes, and installation requirements
Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial inquiry to order placement
Track and update sales activities in CRM software
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass/glazing industry
(e.g., shower enclosures, railings, partitions)
Proven B2B or residential sales experience
Ability to
take accurate field measurements
and
order custom glass
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and organized, with working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with reading shop drawings or architectural plans
Experience working directly with contractors, interior designers, or installers
Knowledge of glass hardware and finishes
