Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience with every interaction. Welcome customers warmly, identify their needs, and guide them through the jewelry selection process. Build strong client relationships through genuine conversations, product knowledge, and styling suggestions. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation. Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions efficiently. Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For

1+ year of retail sales experience (jewelry or luxury retail experience is a strong asset).customer service experience also can be considered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people. A strong sales mindset -- confident, proactive, and goal-oriented. Professional presentation and attention to detail. Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Passion for jewelry, fashion, and styling trends.
