Here, your ambition is part of the equation!Pendopharm is the branded specialty division of Pharmascience Inc.Reporting to the Commercial Director, your main focus will be achieving sales targets by representing Pendopharm products and servicing various members of the health care system within your defined territory.
Your clientele primarily consists of family physicians and frontline healthcare professionals specializing in musculoskeletal pain (MSK) care. You will be tasked with bridging connections between frontline healthcare providers to sports medicine clinics (sports physicians, orthopedists, physiatrists, and all other healthcare professionals involved in managing musculoskeletal pain).Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales
  • Expand the customer base locally
  • Bridging connections between frontline healthcare providers to sports medicine clinics (sports physicians, orthopedists, physiatrists, and all other healthcare professionals involved in managing musculoskeletal pain
  • Achieve territory sales results through the analysis of relevant performance reports and implementation of appropriate actions.
Maintains and utilizes excellent product knowledge and effective selling skills to influence key target customers to support the use of promoted products. * Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and well position our products
  • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions
  • Identify, seek approval and implements business-building opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to explore new growth opportunities for product portfolio
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, particularly adverse event reporting and PAAB.
  • Interact with MSK clinic owners, various patient associations, and other stakeholders
  • Develop partnerships and be responsible for project management and associated budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Strong communication, presentation and account management skills
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Capacity to deliver results against a defined territory business plan
  • Familiar with the MSK/Orthopedics/Sport Medicine environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency with computer and data manipulation/analysis
  • Familiarity with scientific data and clinical research
  • Prior specialty selling experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • CCPE accreditation is an asset
Education : Bachelor
BachelorExperience : 2 years: Experience in Hospital Sales
5 years: Experience in specialty product sales within the pharmaceutical industry
