Job Description

Objective of Position

: To support company operations by providing new and existing customers with all aspects of product information and pricing, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide customers with product information and pricing, quote and negotiate prices and credit terms and record orders Takeoffs and estimating, prepare job tenders Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction Assume a leadership role within assigned accounts Maintain a strong relationship with accounts to generate continued business Assume ownership for revenue generation within assigned accounts, as well as the quality and strength of the relationships within them Provide weekly detailed sales reports to Sales Manager Participate in all meetings, training sessions as required Provide and update sales forecasts for new and existing accounts Meet and/or exceed sales targets and forecasts Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management Adhere to procedures relating to proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret all blueprint drawings/estimating Strong verbal, written and personal skills Excellent self-management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to interface with all levels of employees and customers Strong computer skills Creative thinking and problem solving skills Superior commitment to customer service Ability to travel to various sites, client locations as required
