Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell Rubaroc products to both commercial and residential clients within assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and industry professionals. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits of our products. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Manage leads, pipeline, and customer communications in an organized and professional manner. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in both commercial and residential sectors, preferably within the safety surfacing or construction industries. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual abilities are an asset. Self-driven, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.
