We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing account management strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating how they meet client needs.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; ability to understand technical products is essential.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
Strong communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
