From ladder racks and shelving to lighting, partitions, and full mobile workstations--our solutions are designed to boost productivity, safety, and professional image on the road.

We serve various industries, including construction, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, utilities, and last-mile delivery. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced sales professionals to help expand our reach and deepen client relationships.

Job Summary



As a

Sales Representative

at Transform Fleet, you'll take full ownership of the sales cycle--from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll identify and engage new customers while also nurturing existing accounts to uncover additional needs and long-term growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative selling environment and understands the needs of service-oriented businesses that rely on fleet vehicles every day.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and solicit new business

across key verticals: fleets, trades, construction, fleet management, utilities, and logistics

Manage and grow existing accounts

, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business Conduct needs assessments and present upfitting solutions that match customer goals Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Provide customer feedback to improve services, product offerings, and overall experience

Qualifications



2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, selling into automotive, fleet services, fleet management or related industries Proven success in both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities Experience using CRM and Video Conferencing tools for pipeline and relationship management A customer-first mindset and consultative sales approach Knowledge of vehicle upfitting or fleet services is a plus (but not required)
