The Financial Sales representative will be responsible for providing funding solutions to small businesses across Canada. The key component is to locate prospective customers, generating them into leads and converting them to clients. This individual will need to be passionate about helping small businesses grow and will develop on going profitable relationships with customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Financial Sales Representative you will leverage your training to assist customers by proposing solutions to address their Small Business needs
Locate prospective customers generating them into leads and eventually converting then to customers
Take customer calls and provide support or their inquiries
Call new and existing customers to offer financial solutions
Review customer accounts and pro-actively reach out about additional upgrades or support
Meeting /exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about our product
Keeping contact lists and CRM up to date and following up with current customers to continue to build an optimize relationships
Adhere to your schedule an maintain excellent attendance
Treat customers and co-workers with dignity and respect
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities
Active listening and probing to determine customer needs and best course of action
Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills, familiarity with excel, CRM, Sales Force and great telephone etiquette
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise directions to customers.
