We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Fluency in French is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to serve diverse markets. Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Conduct business development efforts to expand the company's customer base
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, emphasizing value propositions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Leverage technical knowledge of our products, especially in technology or technical sales sectors, to effectively communicate features and benefits
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
