As a Sales Representative at LiftBridge Collective, you will play a role in representing our partners in the wireless space. You'll engage directly with customers in-person, building genuine relationships while offering wireless solutions that enhance their everyday lives. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
Conduct in-person interactions with customers to promote and sell wireless products and services Generate new customer accounts through effective sales strategies and personal rapport Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through available wireless options Collaborate with your sales team and managers to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and interpersonal skills through on-the-job coaching and team training Represent the LiftBridge Collective brand and our wireless clients with professionalism and energy
What Makes You a Great Fit for the Sales Representative Role:
A passion for in-person communication and a people-first mindset High energy, goal-driven, and excited about learning sales from the ground up Strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile to hit your sales goals Comfort working in a fast-paced in-person environment with direct customer interaction Previous experience in sales, customer service, or wireless is a plus--but not required Open to feedback, coaching, and personal development
