Duties
Engage in outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients to close sales deals successfully.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management practices.
Identify opportunities for business development within the B2B sector, focusing on technology sales.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales performance data.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client needs and resolving issues as they arise.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Strong business development acumen, particularly in B2B environments.
Proficient in account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies that drive sales success.
Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable, along with an understanding of related products and services.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and tracking sales progress.
