Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business development.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience sales or business development (industry-specific experience is a plus) in a B2B environment (min 1-3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
