Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative

Marketing Associate

for one of clients in

North York, ON.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, product management, and advertising strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Duties

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for stakeholders. Design visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging. Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media accounts and creating relevant content. Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials that drive sales initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Experience in advertising and digital marketing strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with product management processes is a plus. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of HTML for website updates is beneficial. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks. Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
