Job description We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Associate in our North Vancouver office to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will bring in new clients, converting leads into opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls and emails
• B2B
• Update and enter client information in the CRM database.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners
• Build and qualify sales leads
• Conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Update and enter client information in the CRM database.
• Develope and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Attend social network events (Required)
• Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and clients.
• General knowledge about the security products and services is an asset.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and provide feedback on marketing initiatives, market conditions, and competitors and trends
• Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales-driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, scheduling)

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales
• Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
• Friendly and personable demeanour.
• Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• A valid driver\'s license is an asset
• Persuasive and able to evaluate alternatives
