The Sales Representative is responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This role combines customer service with sales expertise to support our studio's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage prospective clients, creating a warm and professional first impression.
Conduct studio tours and highlight the benefits of Pilates and our membership offerings.
Convert leads into active members by effectively presenting packages, promotions, and pricing options.
Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and memberships.
Collaborate with the studio team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Support front desk operations, including scheduling, answering questions, and handling payments when needed.
Represent the Sunset Pilates brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, fitness, wellness, or hospitality is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable working with sales goals and closing memberships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
