We believe that auto financing can--and should--be simple, human, and transparent. Your role will be key in turning calls into genuine customer success stories.

What You'll Do Every Day

Make the first contact with our clients (warm calls) to understand their needs and build trust. Respond professionally to information requests. Qualify clients for financing and propose options tailored to their situation. Support clients after pre-approval by presenting vehicles that meet their criteria. Manage information efficiently in our CRM and ensure proper follow-up for each file. Work closely with the team to close deals and ensure smooth, satisfying deliveries.

The Profile We're Looking For

Experience in sales (banking, automotive, telecommunications, door-to-door, or another relevant field). Asset: ability to read a credit file. If not, we'll teach you! We're looking for someone articulate, team-oriented (no one-man shows here), and ready to "roll up their sleeves" to earn their income.

What We Offer

70k annually + commission

A permanent position with a stable schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., one evening per week until 8:30 p.m., and one Saturday per month from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. -- evenings and Saturdays can be remote). Provided clientele--no need to prospect; you can focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
