Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented

Sales Representative

who will be the face of Bell Mobility in our Nanaimo location. You'll help customers find the best mobile and wireless solutions, while delivering the premium service Bell is known for. The ideal candidate is motivated, tech-savvy, and confident in selling with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Bell Mobility products and services Achieve individual and team sales targets Educate customers on the latest devices, plans, and promotions Process transactions accurately and efficiently Stay current on Bell Mobility offerings and competitors Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation Contribute to a positive, professional team environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (wireless/telecom sales is a strong asset) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A strong customer-first mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Must be eligible to work in Canada
