Now, we have ambitious goals to take the company to the next level and we're looking for driven BSB sales professionals to join our team and grow AFF's market share in Food Processing and Property Management.

You'll

Do




Drive growth in your assigned territory: ~80% new business development, ~20% account maintenance. Prospect daily through in-person visits, calls, referrals, and networking to grow your pipeline. Developing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of food processing facilities and property managers, that solve their problems and elevate their operations. Meet with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and present customized solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction. Work closely with internal operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Manage your pipeline and territory plan with discipline -- updating CRM, preparing quotes, and tracking progress toward KPIs/Goals. Close deals that grow both your income and Aqua Fast's reputation as the industry leader.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with consistent quota achievement. Strong territory management skills -- from prospecting and pipeline building to closing. Confidence engaging decision-makers at all levels, from property managers to facility directors. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
