Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Sales Representative

to join the Neoclimat team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for meeting with qualified leads (provided by Neoclimat), presenting our range of insulation and HVAC solutions, and closing sales.

This position is

commission-based (10%)

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with

qualified leads provided by Neoclimat

. Conduct

on-site or virtual consultations

with clients to evaluate their needs. Present and explain

Neoclimat's insulation, HVAC, and energy-efficiency solutions

. Prepare and deliver professional quotes and proposals. Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

sales

, preferably in

HVAC, insulation, or construction-related

industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field-based). Basic computer skills (CRM, email, quoting software, etc.).

Compensation

Commission: 10% on all closed sales
