Candidate should ideally be based anywhere within the territory, covering the South Shore of Montreal, Eastern Townships, Central Quebec, and Beauce.
Focus:
Selling and managing core products and categories to independent home centers, hardware stores, and building material retail segments across various popular banners.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly contact and visit customers to manage accounts, evaluate their needs, and identify new sales opportunities.
Install and maintain in-store merchandising planograms as required.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets/goals.
Requirements:
Fluent in French
(speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
Must enjoy travel and be willing to be away from home a few nights per month.
3-5 years of sales experience within the home center/hardware industry
is a must.
Solid understanding of the sales process and retail hardware buying habits.
Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Compensation Package:
Commission-based
on all sales within the assigned territory (rates vary by product category).
Starting compensation package:
minimum $80,000 + auto allowance. Can vary with experience.
High potential for rapid and unlimited earnings growth.
Paid business expenses, including mileage, hotels, etc.
4 weeks paid vacation
