We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, find the right products and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection Provide expert knowledge on paint types, finishes, and application techniques Mix paint to customer specifications using store equipment Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

Prior retail or sales experience (paint or home improvement a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 65+ lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn about paint products and color matching
