Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will help customers choose the right phones, plans, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance Understand customer needs and recommend suitable phones, plans, and accessories Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans clearly Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Process sales transactions, upgrades, and exchanges accurately Set up phones and assist customers with basic device configuration Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays Maintain a clean store including closing and opening duties Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and technology Follow store policies and procedures
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (retail experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Goal-oriented, reliable, and professional Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
