Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, high-performing Sales Representatives who are confident selling high-ticket items and capable of managing the full sales cycle. This is an opportunity to join a company on the rise and play a key role in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer relationships to drive repeat business Conduct outreach and prospecting to generate new leads Guide customers through product selection, quoting, and closing Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and follow-up Use demo equipment for presentations and customer education Track performance and report on key sales metrics
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, ideally with high-value equipment or products Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-driven and results-oriented Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in-office after the first month
