Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean and organized. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Highway Truck retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a team.
