high-energy Sales Representative
who can identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and close deals confidently.
This role involves outreach, product demos, presentations to business owners, and maintaining CRM-based sales pipelines. Ideal for candidates who are driven by targets, skilled in communication, and confident selling marketing/tech services.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek and generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, prospecting, networking & social media outreach
Set appointments, conduct discovery calls, and understand client needs
Prepare and deliver presentations & demos showcasing RingScale services
Maintain CRM pipeline, track leads, and create periodic sales reports
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and manage objections professionally
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, or business conferences to promote the brand
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize messaging & offers
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
Ensure availability of digital service packages and onboarding resources for demos
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative
Proficiency with
Salesforce or any CRM platform
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in BRM/CRM practices and building strong business relationships
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and organizing sales cycles
Ability to deliver tailored presentations based on client needs
Openness to feedback, adaptable in fast-growing environments
Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience
Bonus Assets:

About the Role
You will be responsible for new client acquisition, maintaining relationships, presenting RingScale solutions, and closing qualified deals. You'll work directly with leadership to scale revenue and will have strong commission potential as performance grows.
