Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively communicate with potential customers and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities

Skills:
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales
- Excellent inside sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but not required
