Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective territory management and account management strategies.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and upselling to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and identify new business development opportunities.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Engage in direct sales efforts while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to assist in strategic planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Experience in territory management and account management is a plus.
