About Us:
Mississauga Secondary Academy (MSA) is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our admissions team. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting our school programs, connecting with prospective students and families, and guiding them through the admissions process. Key Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador for MSA by promoting our school's programs and services to prospective students and parents. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to generate leads and increase enrollment. Guide students through the admissions and registration process with professionalism and care. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software to track communications and progress. Participate in education fairs, school events, and other promotional activities. Provide information on course options, schedules, tuition fees, and admission requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Support marketing initiatives by sharing feedback from students and helping refine outreach strategies.

Technical Skills:

Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management tools (preferred). Phone Communication: Comfort with making and receiving calls in a professional setting. Email & Data Management: Efficient handling of communications and accurate data entry.
Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (preferred). Excellent English communication skills (a second language is an asset).
