We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in B2B product sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B product sales, preferably within the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain business relationships with B2B clients, including mechanical contractors, engineers, distributors, and OEMs. You will identify new sales opportunities, present technical product information, provide solutions to customer needs, and drive revenue growth by promoting ANDRE HVAC's range of high-performance vibration, shock and noise control products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Effectively manage sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels within client organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and product recommendations.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge and Application:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ANDRE HVAC International Inc.'s product portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer challenges.
Sales Process and Administration:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market trends.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including customer service, engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Share best practices and market intelligence with colleagues to contribute to overall sales effectiveness.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Stay up to date with industry trends, standards (e.g., ASHRAE)
Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B product sales, preferably within the HVAC, mechanical, or related construction industries.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical engineering principles, and/or noise and vibration control concepts is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
