Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers. Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Provide technical sales support for technology-related products as needed. Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse customer bases when applicable.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and sales techniques.
