We are hiring a

Tire & Wheel Expert

to join our Mississauga team.

This team member is key in ensuring that all customers are greeted, treated with a positive first impression, and that all expectations are met. In addition, this position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries (phone, email & in person) and is a sales and product knowledge expert.

Required Skills & Abilities

Proven ability in a inside sales or retail sales environment. Superb customer service skills, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ability to provide rapid customer quotations. Excellent time management skills. Efficient and detail orientated. Data entry skills required to enter appointments, quotations, and orders. Ability to work within a team environment.

Qualifications & Special Requirements

1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail/inside sales. Well-presented, professional, enthusiastic, and approachable individual. Understanding of automotive or related industry, and the ability to absorb new product knowledge. Valid, full G class driver's license. High-school diploma or, GED equivalent. Strong personal commitment to health and safety. Automotive & Motorsport enthusiast.

Salary:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year (including commission)

Additional Pay:

Bonus/commission available

8-hour shifts
