windows, doors, roofing, insulation, and HVAC systems

across Ontario. We're expanding quickly and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our field team and start making real money -- fast.

This role is ideal for those who are driven, coachable, and want flexible hours while developing a high-income career path.

Responsibilities:

Attend

qualified sales appointments

provided by the company Present rebate-eligible home improvement products to homeowners Use our proven pitch process and CRM system to close deals Submit contracts and communicate with operations to ensure smooth installations Generate some of your own leads through referrals or local networking Follow a performance track toward

Team Lead or Sales Manager

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Driven, self-motivated, and coachable Comfortable working commission-only (with weekly pay plus bonuses) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle and willing to travel to appointments Previous experience in home improvement, solar, alarms, or telecom sales is an asset (but not required)

Pay: $8,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
