Skill Fund Consultancy is a fast-growing education consultancy firm based in Ontario. In just three months, we've built solid partnerships with private colleges across the province. We specialize in connecting domestic students with post-secondary opportunities and helping them navigate the OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) application process -- our core service

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Education Sales & Outreach Specialist to expand our reach. If you have experience working with private colleges in Ontario and understand the domestic student market, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and onboard prospective students for our partnered colleges

Promote our OSAP support service to eligible students

Leverage existing relationships within the private education sector

Collaborate with college staff and admissions teams

Attend events, info sessions, and webinars to represent Skill Fund Consultancy

Provide guidance on college program options and funding support

Ideal Candidate:

Currently or previously employed at a private college in Ontario (admissions, student recruitment, education counseling, etc.)

Strong network within the Ontario private education sector

Familiar with OSAP and post-secondary funding

Excellent communication and sales skills

Passionate about helping students succeed

Pay: $33,100.00-$130,097.71 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
