A day in the life of

Greet and assist customers to help find the best flooring suited for them. Inform customers of the proper use and care of flooring. Negotiate purchasing terms with clients. Generate sales leads, initiate prospective calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing customers. Prepare customer's orders daily by ensuring the correct amount of material is measured, cut, and ready for pick-up and/or delivery. Load and unload product shipments and orders.
What we need from you

Possess basic mathematical and reading skills. Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets. Self-motivated to excel in your role and career. Retail sales experience (preferably in flooring) is required. Ability to work independently. High energy and passion. Valid driver's license. Required to work 40 hours per week. Required to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours. Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
What we can offer
