This role is ideal for an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Representative with masonry experience who wants uncapped earning potential and a steady flow of qualified leads.

About the role



As a full-time Sales Representative specializing in masonry for the Barrie and surrounding areas, you will work in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment focusing on residential and B2B clients. You will receive pre-qualified leads so you can spend your time doing what you do best: selling and building client relationships.

What you will do



Assess each client's needs and recommend the most suitable masonry solutions. Draft and present clear, compelling proposals to homeowners and business clients. Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close profitable deals. Follow up on open proposals, track opportunities, and help move orders forward efficiently. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from prospective and existing clients. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.

What you bring



At least 4 years in a sales role, ideally with experience in masonry or construction-related sales. Proven strength in negotiation, closing, and other core sales tactics. A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear, professional communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team. Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a willingness to use technology to stay organized. High level of organization, attention to detail, and effective time management.
