Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
