What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with retail, foodservice, institutional, and government clients. Prospect and secure new accounts to expand our client base across Manitoba. Lead strategic sales initiatives and participate in complex negotiations. Communicate effectively with diverse partners including government contacts for specific sales programs or project-based deals. Provide ongoing support to clients with a solution-oriented approach. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses for senior management. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Ability to persuade customers and close deals. Represent Fluey Trading with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in the food distribution industry

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and open new business channels. Strong background in handling high-value accounts and strategic clients.

Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, listening, and writing) and Mandarin.

Comfortable working with clients across different sectors, including government agencies. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Commensurate salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
